National Donut Day is on the first Friday of June each year and follows
on the Donut Day event created by the Salvation Army in 1938 to honor
the women who served donuts to soldiers during World War I.[1] The
holiday celebrates the doughnut (a.k.a "donut") — an edible,
ring-shaped piece of dough which is deep-fried and sweetened. Many
American doughnut stores offer free doughnuts on National Doughnut Day.

And we
www.SweetestCharms.Com participated.
Last Friday we gave away 30pcs of these donuts to 5 lucky people. Were you one of them? :) Because the first 3 sets of donuts vanished from our Etsy listings for merely less than an hour we have decided to come up with something new. We will be calling them our take home items. Watch out for them. We will be posting them soon within the week.
