Dear Customers and SC Team,

When I was around 10 or 11 I wrote my very first letter.  It wasn’t a letter of poetries or a letter to Santa Claus asking for a pony but a simple letter that lead to a stronghold guidance, a starting point for a dream. This letter pave the way to creating what we now have as, SweetestCharms.com.

The letter went as follows:

Dear Customer Service of a certain company.

I bought one of your bubble gum packs that said 100pcs on it.  But when I counted it, it was only 98pcs.  I think you should not say 100pcs in the pack if it’s only 98.  Or maybe you forgot to count it twice. The bubble gum is good. Thank you.

First of all we would like to thank you for counting the pieces. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We have machines to pack these things and occasionally, there are some items that are not counted correctly.  Thank you for telling us about it though.

This company’s response threw me back.  They did not allow a little girl’s dream to fade.  They made her dream more. How little the mistake, they made up with a big one.  I wanted to have a company like this.  

Everyday we are constantly reminded of how the world is. Hopes unattained, dreams unachieved. Failures left and right and in every corner.  Then we go home late at night settling down on our beds dissapointed.  

But you know, somewhere along the road, there are those few, who takes a stand.  Who dares to dream. They create a magical world.  Not so that we can be in awe of these companies alone.  Maybe they simply just don’t want us to look up to them but the whole basic concept of looking WITH them.   

What is it that Zappos.com, Disney, Precious Moments and all these other great companies have?   There are those who dream, but there are those who pursue their passion and dream enough to create a world so that YOU can go on dreaming.     

..And this is why we are here.
